Dietary fats are essential to give your body energy and to support cell growth. They also help protect your organs and help keep your body warm. Fats help your body absorb some nutrients and produce important hormones, too. Your body definitely needs fat.

What are Proteins?

Proteins are known as the building blocks of life because they are the most abundant molecules present in the body and form about 60% of the dry weight of cells.

They are the most common cells found in all living organisms. Apart from cells, most of the enzymes, regulatory and structural parts of the body are made up of proteins. As a result, they are essential for the growth and development of an individual.
